Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with SportsFeine. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your coffee selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  SportsFeine reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for SportsFeine to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. SporsFeine is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit

Returns for International Orders: (if available)

We are able to accept return and exchange requests for international orders within 60 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to accommodate any requests falling out of these guidelines.

All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.

All orders will be shipped according to the estimated timeframe associated with selected shipping option.

Estimated Delivery for domestic orders ship via one of the following shipping methods (includes Tracking Number):

Standard (5-8 business days)

Standard Expedited (3-6 business days)

* The delivery time for each shipping method is estimated. USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 18-30 days for international orders.

Shipping costs for US orders vary based on content (weight, dimension, and size) and the destination. To calculate your shipping charge, please add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You are not required to enter any credit card information until after the shipping method is selected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER (if applicable)

International Orders are shipped by USPS – The United States Postal Service. Delivery time varies but is estimated at 18-30 business days, depending on your country’s customs regulations and procedures.

International Standard (8-24 business days)

International Priority (7-18 business days)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Customers residing outside of the United States – Please Note:

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. International customers are responsible for paying applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country.

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

If you don’t receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

SportsFeine, LLC. will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming, please contact your local customs bureau.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
